Program Analyst
As a Program Analyst, you will: Lead exercises and exercise planning within the E2A2 Exercise Division's Program, developing, implementing, and representing projects in support of emergency operations and preparedness. Propose solutions and process improvements to senior leaders pertinent to emergency response and preparedness incidents, events, or exercises and develops priorities that formulate the development of appropriate training, education, plans, policy, and exercises. Identify and analyze issues and challenges facing the program; formulate and evaluate possible courses of action for resolving them; draw conclusions based upon relevant facts and recommend solutions to chain-of-command. Use effective communication techniques to share relevant information with appropriate personnel across the Department on a timely basis to accomplish objectives which include ensuring all information is exchanged to necessary entities across functional areas.
