As a result of the continued consequences of Typhoon Sinlaku on the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Territory of Guam, on this date and after consultation with public health officials as necessary, I, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Secretary of Health and Human Services, pursuant to the authority vested in me under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act, do hereby renew, effective July 10, 2026, my April 17, 2026, determination that a public health emergency exists and has existed since April 11, 2026, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Territory of Guam.
